Every Wayne School parent, teacher, and staff member is automatically a member of the PTW - Parents and Teachers of Wayne School - or Wayne PTW, for short.

We are a 501(3)(c) non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Our operating budget is created primarily from fundraising; some products and services are business-in-kind donations or small grants. All PTW work hours are performed on a volunteer basis. Donations made to the PTW are tax deductible.

So now that you know YOU are a member, please come join us. Look for a list of committees and committee chairs coming soon. There is room for everyone to participate.

All parents are welcomed and encouraged to attend PTW meetings, which are held the second Tuesday of every other academic month. See the calendar for specific dates.

All meetings begin at 6:30 PM in the school library.

Donate Your Time

Are you looking for a way to get involved with the PTW? Our meetings are open and you are encouraged to attend and participate. We value everyone's opinions and input. Our goal is to help make the learning environment the best it can be for all students.

Committee Chairs and Members play an important role in how our PTW functions and the success of our programs. If you are interested in getting involved, have a great idea, or would like to chair a committee, please contact us.

On this website you will find links to our documentation, bylaws, meeting agendas, approved meeting minutes, committee structure, and so on. We hope you will join us at our meetings, sign up for a committee, or volunteer in or out of the classroom.

While our board plays an important role, our members are the most important part of the PTW. With out your input, volunteering and committee work, we would not have the success that we have had for so long.
